Dan O'Neill
A graduate of Harvard Business School Advanced Management Programme (AMP) and with over 25 years experience leading and transforming the operational performances of Business and Technology Divisions in Financial Services, Dan has built an extensive track record in delivering end to end operational excellence through staff engagement, business process optimisation, and digital solutions.
As a senior executive for banks including Credit Suisse, HBOS, Bankwest and most recently the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) as their Chief Process Officer, Dan's pragmatic and authentic leadership style has enabled him to lead teams through major transformations and challenges. Adapting businesses to meet changing customer needs, technology advancements and operational efficiencies, Dan was at the forefront of transformation programs including digital automation, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory oversight, insourcing, and outsourcing. Each experience has tested and helped refine his approach to successfully transform BAU performances into Operational Excellence.
Dan is currently a Non-Executive Director of Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) a successful FinTech that has achieved exponential growth since it's startup over 7 years ago and he is also a Director of OpExtion.
